Ordering Guidelines
Ordering Guidelines
Step 1 : Find Your Favourite
Find the products that you wanted to buy, READ, UNDERSTAND and AGREE to the Terms and Conditions. Most of the products come with details such as picture, size, material, design, price and etc. Please go through it CAREFULLY.
Step 2 : Fill In The Order Form
Click and fill in the order form which is prepared. The form is prepared on 10 items format, you may type the additional on remarks column if you are ordering more than 10 pieces.
Step 3 : Wait For Our Reply
Wait for our reply WITHIN 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and the exact amount to bank in.
Step 4 : Bank In The Payment
We only accept payment to Public Bank account at the moment. Please take not that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 hours to clear. Please email us the transaction date and amount after your successful transaction.

Step 5 : Wait For Your Product
We will email/MSN the tracking code of the shipment for your reference. Inform us via email if you would like to arrange for a COD ( Cash - On - Delivery) method. Common areas for COD are around Penang Island (Greenland Gembira Parade or McDonald, Sunny Point, Sunshine Square, Queensbay) or Subang Jaya.

Pre - Order Terms & Conditions
1. Please bank - in the total amount once you have placed the order. Order will not be placed if full payment had not been made.
2. We are launching first come first serve basis. Whoever pays first will get the products first.
3. If items are no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.
4. Once order is placed to factory, it will take around 10 days to arrive to us.
5. Once received and checked, we will send out the products within 1 - 3 days to all customers.
6. Since our supplier's factory is located overseas, there might be delays in shipment due to the weather, customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. We are placing the order directly from factory, therefore we are not able to personally view & check out the quality of items one by one and we will not be held responsible for it.
8. Customer will have to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not held responsible for complaints such as different colour, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, dont like the colour and etc.
9. We only accept return if the cloths have more than 5cm stain, holes or cloths sent out wrongly by us.
A Gentle Reminder For Pre-Order Purchase
1. It would be better to avoid ordering white colour cloths as the risk of getting it dirty might be higher.
2. Out of stock might happened on pre - order item. As for that, customers need not worry about that matter as we will inform you and refund the full amount.
3. Buyer should allow within 1 - 2 inches discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

5. Buyer may request for special/appointed delivery date. Just simply indicate the date you wish your goods to be delivered.
6. We will not hold and further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
7. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.
8. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
