1. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.

2. Buyer should allow within 1 - 2 inches discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

3. Due to the setting of the monitor, colour might be slightly different with the picture posted,therefore, we will state the actual colour of the item.

4. Buyer may request for gift delivery. Contact us and we will be glad to help you in preparing a gift card with personalised message with NO charges (FREE).

5. Buyer may request for special/appointed delivery date. Just simply indicate the date you wish your goods to be delivered.

6. We will not hold and further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.

7. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.

8. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

9. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

10. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
